Winston Churchill once said, “We shape our homes. Thereafter, they shape us.” Stroll around Bayview, and you’ll quickly see that this place is filled with amenities that shape people for the better. For us, Bayview is a community, a home, and, a family, all rolled into one. That’s why we go the extra mile to create an environment that’s welcoming, vibrant with life, and made for living.

Bayview has completed our stunning renovations, and we are so excited to show off our new senior living amenities and features! Scroll down for a gallery of our community spaces, and fill out the form below to make an appointment to come see them for yourself.

Unbelievable views. Take in the panorama of Puget Sound and downtown Seattle from your private terrace or our new Skyview dining and event space on the 10th floor.

Four-legged friends love us. In fact, Bayview is the 62+ community in Seattle with an outdoor dog park, making playtime (or potty time!) easier on both of you.

Stay fit. Our indoor therapy pool and fitness club is one of the best in the city, with on-site staff, program assistance and dozens of classes every week.

The great outdoors. Bayview’s outdoor terrace includes a manicured lawn, hummingbird garden, pea patch gardens, greenhouse and beautiful views of the city and Puget Sound. Many residents frequent the terrace for tai chi, yoga and other outside activities.

The great indoors. Bayview’s interior spaces are filled with incredible works of art of historical significance. Our large, wide-open spaces and architectural design naturally draw people together and encourage socializing.

A feast for the senses. Our spacious dining areas offer breathtaking views of the city. More than 40 culinary professionals—including an on-site dietary consultant—provide residents with nutritious and delicious meals.

Get connected. We keep you up to date with in-house announcements in your room and offer social amenities, including a professional library, computer room and club room for groups.

Boost your spirit. Stay social at the Albertson Center and the Chapel for meetings and worship services.

Grandparents wanted. The one and only on-site Intergenerational Children’s Center in Seattle encourages residents to become nurturing friends to children aged 3 months to 5 years.

Get around easily. Bayview’s van offers convenient transportation schedules for appointments, excursions and shopping.

Movies everywhere. Enjoy great films with friends at the Albertson Center and Kinnear Theatre, both enhanced by state-of-the-art voice, video and data technologies. Kinnear Theatre seats 25+ residents and shows more than 260 films each year! Or cocoon at home and watch feature films showing on our in-house movie channel.

Keep growing. Indulge your green thumb with new pea patch gardens, greenhouse and gardening clubs. Or pick up a new arts, crafts or cooking skill when you get creative at the Expressions Art & Cooking Studio!
