Bayview Manor Foundation
Annual Spring Appeal 2026

Each spring, we are reminded that the strongest trees begin as the smallest seeds. With patience, care, and intention, what once seemed modest takes root and grows into something beautiful. The future of Bayview residents and the sustainability of Bayview Manor Foundation are built in the same way.

As we work to strengthen our reserves, assist more residents, and ensure long-term sustainability, we invite you to participate in our annual Spring Appeal. Please consider making a contribution to the Spring Appeal to us achieve our goal of $60,000 and provide imperative support to the Bayview residents and the Foundation.

Our Impact

In 2025, we supported 8 residents. Their average age was 90 years old, and they have lived at Bayview for an average of 14 years. We spend over $460,000 on resident subsidy alone

What is Bayview Manor Foundation?

For nearly four decades, Bayview Manor Foundation has been the hallmark of Bayview’s generosity. The Foundation has supported over 35 residents and subsidized over $6 million to support Bayview residents, thanks to the generosity of our community.

What is the goal for the Spring Appeal?

Our goal this year is $60,000! By reaching this goal we are able to continue providing financial assistance to those who are without financial means to continue to live in our community.

How was this goal determined?

The goal was determined through a compilation of historical records and budgeting needs. Our Finance Committee worked hard to ensure our Spring Appeal goal was reasonable and achievable.

How much money does the Foundation raise each year?

Bayview Manor Foundation raises approximately $250,000 (an average for the last few years). Our earnings on our reserve funds provide the necessary funds remaining for us to fully support our subsidy residents.

How can I give to the Spring Appeal?

You can support our annual appeal through any of the ways to give listed on our giving page. Some common ways to give are via credit card, check, cash, through an IRA, or transferring appreciated securities.
