Waitlist Workshop: Apartment Trends (Private Event)

Have you ever wondered how many apartments become available each year and what types/sizes of apartments open up? Are apartments ever renovated, does it come at a cost, and do I have a say in the remodel? Or perhaps you’re curious about what happens when you’re ready to make the move: what the application process looks like, what deposit is required, and how long it typically takes to become a Bayview resident.

If these questions have crossed your mind, this workshop is designed with you in mind. We’ll walk through the full process from availability, apartment reservation to application process, and to contract signing.

Whether you’re considering a move this year or simply planning for the future, having a clear understanding of the process can be incredibly helpful. We look forward to sharing this information with you and answering your questions.
