With each donation made through the form below, Liz Anderson, Foundation Development Manager will personally hand deliver a beautiful bouquet of flowers to your loved one this Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12th. We will include a card with your name, informing your loved one that a donation has been made in their honor.
Mother’s Day is also a great occasion to make a memorial donation to the Foundation. For all memorial donations made, we will contribute to our Mother’s Day Memorial bouquet, which will be displayed in Bayview’s Lobby.

Our Mission – Bayview Manor Foundation works closely with Bayview Manor Homes to encourage the making of gifts, bequests, and contributions to: help subsidize those residents of Bayview who, through no fault of their own, are without financial resources to continue to live with their friends and neighbors at Bayview; to enrich the retirement years of its residents; and fund any other programs and services connected to Bayview, furthering its mission.
