Bayview is a 62+ nonprofit Life Plan Community with Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing & Rehab, plus, we have an Intergenerational Children’s center, all conveniently located on one campus.

Who is the intended audience for this event?

Prospective Residents, Waitlist Members, and anyone interested in learning about a Life Plan Community.

Do I have to pay for admission?

There is no admission fee; RSVP is required. (RSVP Form is on this page below)

Is there parking available?

Yes, Bayview has a designated visitor lot. We will have reserved parking available for guests. RSVP is required to ensure we have your spot reserved.

What should I expect at this event?

There will be four Bayview residents participating in a lively and engaging Q & A with the audience. The remainder of the event will include appetizers and drinks on our beautiful 10th floor. During this time, we will also be conducting community tours. You will get to see all size apartments (studio, alcove, 1-2 bedrooms) and views (North, South, East, and West).

What is your COVID policy for this event?

Masks are required for visitors. If you are exhibiting any signs or symptoms of illness, please refrain from entering the building and rest easy at home or consult your doctor. Please note that masks will be removed on our 10th floor during reception and appetizers.
