We invite you to join Bayview in celebrating National Senior Health and Fitness Day! This is the nation’s largest annual older adult health and wellness event. More than 100,000 seniors participate in local events across the country. We are inviting you to showcase your organization and information or services that would benefit our 62+ community. What to expect when you become a vendor:

Live Music and Dancing

Easy Street Band returns to Bayview! Dance the night away to live music, spectacular decorations, and amazing company. Our expansive and private terrace lawn will be open for guests as well.

Live Auction & Paddle Raise

Featuring new Auctioneer and Emcee, Brian Trendler! Brian brings his unique mix of humor and improvisational fun.

Open Bar, Delectable Hors D'oeuvres & Dessert

Delicious finger foods and libations will be provided by our talented Culinary Services team led by Director of Culinary Services Dan Galvin.

Photobooth

A photobooth will be available to take pictures of you and your loved ones throughout the whole night.

Where do the proceeds from Savoy go?

Bayview Manor Foundation supports residents of Bayview who, through no fault of their own, are without sufficient financial resources to continue to live with their friends and neighbors at Bayview; to enrich the retirement years of Bayview residents’ and to fund other programs and services which further Bayview’s mission. Since 1987 Bayview Manor Foundation has provided $5,100,000 in support of Bayview residents.

Do I have to pay for admission?

To attend the Gala it is Admission by Donation. Any donation amount is welcomed and appreciated. Our suggested donation is $25. Additional donations can be made through the RSVP form and during the event. You may also donate online at Bayviewseattle.org/give.

Is the event in-person and live?

Yes! Our Annual Savoy Gala returns live and in-person at Bayview, 11 West Aloha Street. Valet parking is available for non-resident guests. RSVP is required to guarantee your seat. (RSVP Form is at the top of the page)

What is the attire?

Cocktail attire requested. Alice in Wonderland inspired outfits/costumes are encouraged!

Do I need to RSVP?

Yes! RSVP is required for outside guests and Bayview residents to guarantee your seat. Bayview residents may only RSVP for their household. Each household RSVP will receive one bid number.

I am unable to make it to the event. Can I still donate?

If you are unable to make it, you can use our RSVP form online, and simply select “Sorry, I can’t attend, but I would like to show my support by making a donation”. We appreciate your support!

What is your COVID policy for this event?

We recommend guests take a self-test 72 hours prior to the event. While testing is not a requirement, we strongly encourage it to maintain both your safety as well as the community. If you are exhibiting any signs or symptoms of illness, please refrain from entering the building and rest easy at home or consult your doctor.
